The Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act safeguards opportunities for women and girls to excel in sports on a fair playing field and keeping the far-left radical agenda from infringing upon our schools.

We are fortunate in New York's Third Congressional District to be located near world-class airports. However, science and first-hand experience from my constituents show that noise pollution is actively reducing our quality of life.

In our age of interconnectivity, a country's violation of internationally accepted medical standards challenges ethical principles worldwide.

I urge my colleagues to join me in this mission to block tyrannical and draconian measures from being utilized by the Federal Government. If a public health emergency has been declared, then the federal agency looking to impose the mandate must submit a report to Congress and highlight the intent as well as the research behind the vaccine.
