I just try to come with energy every day, to be positive, to have conversations with people, to have them get to know me, to get to know everybody else, and then to try to have my finger on the pulse of how to help the project go in a direction that I think can be successful and rewarding.

For me, I enjoy developing young players and I enjoy the challenge of polishing a rough talent so that it can become a gem. You have to have patience, but also create a very demanding environment.

One of my core philosophies of leadership is valuing opinion and growing ownership within the group. That means that we have to hear opinions.

That's a big part of leadership is inspiration but also understanding solutions and how to drive communication home.
