Secretary Mayorkas's job is to secure the border. Not only is he horrible at his job, he is willfully refusing to do it. He has abandoned the trust of the American people, and he deserves to be impeached.

As a career Army bomb technician, I have seen real heroism in the Ranger warfighters I stalked Afghanistan with each night and in the injured combatants whom I healed alongside in Walter Reed Army Medical Center after losing the two legs God gave me.

In September of 2010, I woke up in Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. I looked down at the end of the bed where my feet should have been, and they weren't there.

No doubt I've stumbled as many times in my goal to be a role model to my kids as I did throughout my early days of learning to walk with prosthetic legs.
