I was being shown around a flat in Brixton once and the guy was properly sweating and kept saying, 'Are you going to take it?' When we said no, he just legged it. We looked out the window and he had seen a parking attendant ticketing his car. He was so desperate for the sale that he must have thought getting a ticket was worth it!
