I'd be so excited to plan a wedding! I've been thinking that if I make friends with Louisa Johnson, because we get our hair done at the same place, then maybe I could get her to sing. I've tweeted James Arthur in the past so I'm sure I could probably get him too.

Fitness is about moving more and going at your own pace and your own fitness level and building on that. It's not about being amazing straight away, so just go at your own pace, take it really really slow and gradually try and get better.

You don't need to go and do an hour workout with a load of people who are pushing you really hard. That's not what fitness is all about.

I have used a combination of different fitness apps and there have been things that I love about them and things that I don't love and think that could be done better.
