I went from training twice a day for 10 years to nothing and working 90 hours a week. I was losing fitness, and it felt like I had a hole in my life.

My day - every day - revolves around training, diet and recovery.

When it comes to my nutrition, I have very little idea of what I'm doing. I don't follow a certain diet plan or anything like that.

In 2015, I didn't buy into the idea that training continues when you leave the gym. It was sporadic like my sleep schedule and diet. I was trying to prove that even though I got eight hours of sleep either between 10 P.M. and 6 A.M. or 2 to 10 A.M., it didn't matter.
