There will be times when people will fail and you'll think, 'God, I shouldn't have trusted them with this.' But if you hire people you genuinely trust, respect and you know are better than you, then over the long run they'll do a better job than you.

The first thing I do when I wake up is go downstairs and make breakfast. I find having a repetitive morning routine really grounding - wake up, make eggs and bacon, be with the dogs.

The most difficult thing for me was learning to trust others to do the things in the business that I used to do.

My nan made curtains, so she taught me how to sew. I remember thinking we had 10 orders to do, and to make 12-15 products it would take most of the day. But it was so much fun learning.

I want us to create the greatest community, and I want us to be the greatest fitness brand on the planet.

I made four apps and six different websites, all around fitness. The seventh was Gymshark.

I don't think it's particularly divisive to say fitness should be for everyone.

I was going to the gym and basically was interested in, and wanted to be involved in, the fitness industry. I wanted to combine that with making a transactional website.

I wanted to create a line of fitness apparel I wanted to wear to the gym.

After a stint making fitness iPhone apps and websites, I wanted to make a website that would actually transact and sell product.

All of my heroes were in the fitness industry, so I wanted to be involved in the fitness industry however I could be.

I'm massively into my fitness goals.

It's really important for me that we work with the best factories and factories that are really thoughtful in their design and make sure that we can also produce the best product and do best by those who are helping produce our product around the world.
